Product Manager - Martech


SUMMARY:

As a Product Manager – Martech, you will act as the vital link between technology and marketing, driving the delivery of tools that power campaign success and audience growth. You’ll help maximise total viewing among key demographics and elevate the brand’s prominence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape the roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable Martech products, covering everything from GDPR compliance to campaign performance, which directly influences how our marketing connects with audiences.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Martech Roadmap & Delivery: Define and own the end-to-end roadmap for Martech products, ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and scalability requirements.

  • Campaign Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, analytics platforms, and campaign tools that drive audience engagement and campaign ROI.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Manage stakeholder expectations—Marketing, Engineering, UX, Research, Data and Growth teams—by facilitating brainstorms, solutioning sessions, and regular updates.

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of third-party SaaS implementations and bespoke integrations.

  • Compliance & Security: Champion GDPR, consent-management and secure-by-design principles in all product decisions and implementations.

  • API & Systems Integration: Coordinate integration of 3rd-party APIs, internal tools, and legacy systems, identifying dependencies and gaps using architecture frameworks (e.g., Ardoq).

  • Agile Delivery: Drive Agile practices—backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives—and work hand-in-hand with Engineering to embed CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Martech product management role, with demonstrated impact on strategic product direction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, analytics platforms, campaign tools, and enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Product Expertise: Proven track record owning full product lifecycles—from discovery through delivery to optimisation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of GDPR, consent-management frameworks, and secure-by-design methodologies.
  • Agile Savvy: Practical knowledge of Agile ceremonies and tools (Jira, Confluence), with the ability to foster high-performing delivery teams.
  • Integration Skills: Experience integrating third-party APIs, internal systems, and legacy platforms; familiarity with architecture tools (e.g., Ardoq).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong collaborator, able to align diverse teams around shared strategic objectives and communicate effectively at all levels.

AWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Experience in B2C media, subscription services, or digital advertising.
  • History of driving digital transformation projects and optimising marketing workflows.
  • Proven ability to develop experiment-led roadmaps, prioritising by effort, impact, and risk.
  • Analytical mindset—adept at translating behavioural and performance data into product insights.
  • Track record of delivering personalisation, automation, and enhanced campaign attribution solutions.
  • Familiarity with emerging Martech technologies and innovation trends.
