We’re looking for a Business Manager [Hunter Profile] to join our Solutions team.
What you'll do:

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Solutions business unit, especially within the private sector (services and consumer goods), to achieve revenue and growth targets;

Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that create real value;
-
Identify business opportunities through market analysis, monitor trends, and adjust strategies accordingly;
-
Actively support performance across all stages of the sales funnel;
-
Collaborate with the marketing team on inbound strategies;
-
Oversee email automation and outbound cadences, ensuring they align with funnel stages and meet performance standards.
What we’re looking for:
-
Experience in client acquisition, prospecting, or active sales;
-
Familiarity with CESAR’s service offerings and market positioning;
-
Solid understanding of CRM tools and consultative sales techniques;
-
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams;
-
Ability to build and deliver commercial proposals and technical demonstrations;
-
Knowledge of lead qualification methodologies;
-
Experience with the sales cycle of technology solutions — from identifying needs to crafting value propositions and closing deals;
-
Availability for international travel;
-
Proven experience in B2B sales (especially in the private sector);

Background in innovation projects and emerging technologies;
-
Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets;

Advanced understanding of inbound and outbound marketing;
-
Knowledge of SPIN Selling, social selling, and growth hacking;
-
Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
Nice to have:

Experience with public incentive programs (e.g., Brazilian IT Law);

Digital sales experience;

Passion for technology and innovation;

Interest in exploring new markets and building strategic partnerships;

Flexibility to navigate change and shifting priorities;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Talent for identifying opportunities and proposing tech-driven solutions to clients;

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
